You may well be wondering what on Earth this dish has to do with Christmas.
Other than the little known fact that salmon was the Baby Jesus’ choice in anadromous fish?
Well, nothing really.
But I did eat it on Christmas Day.
Though I still don’t get how the Son of God came to the decision to put on a crapload of weight, don a red suit, and ride a bunch of magical flying reindeer around the world giving out gifts to children.
