Okay, so it might have been slightly cheating on the no-carb diet, but seriously, how much harm could it do?
I made a beautiful marinade for the salmon, with lemongrass and wine vinegar being a couple of the ingredients.
Can you imagine not putting something sweet in it to offset the salt or sour?
It would have been disgusting, I tell you!
I sneakily added in just a spoonful of honey to make it more palatable.
Granted, the spoon may have been one of those wall hung novelty ones, but it was still just a spoonful.
If I wake up tomorrow so fat, that I’ll need to use aerial photography when taking a selfie, you can say I told you so.
